How We Collect Data

All data is collected exclusively from official APIs. No scraping, no access to private channels.

Metrics are refreshed automatically on a scheduled basis. Every page displays a Last Checked date.

What Is TS Score

TS Score is our proprietary index calculated from GitHub activity (commits, releases, issue response) and download counts using a fully disclosed formula. It is not a star rating or a subjective score — it is a weighted sum of public data. The formula, weights, and data sources are fully published on the TS Score page so anyone can reproduce the same result.

Grade scale: A (80+) / B (60+) / C (40+) / D (below 40)

Angel/Devil Analysis Principles

Every tool page includes an Angel (strengths) and a Devil (weaknesses) section.

Devil — We cover overstated marketing claims, documented failure cases, and known risks, grounded in collected data. Criticism is included only when supported by evidence. No insults or defamation.

Angel — We describe the specific situations where a tool genuinely excels and the type of user it fits. No hype.

Content is drafted by AI from collected data and reviewed by a human editor before publication.

Community Signals Policy

Community data is summarized, never reproduced verbatim. Every summary includes a source link.

Limitations of This Site

Our evaluations are based on public data, not first-hand usage experience. Given how fast this space moves, some information may lag. Always check the Last Checked date on each page.
