Privacy Policy

Growthient ("the Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly handle related concerns.

This Policy is effective as of June 19, 2026.

This is an English translation provided for the convenience of users. In the event of any discrepancy between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version shall prevail.


1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information processed will not be used for any purpose other than those stated below, and if the purpose of use changes, the Company will take necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

The Company does not currently operate any feature through which users directly enter personal information, such as membership registration, inquiries, or newsletter subscriptions. Should such features be introduced in the future, this Policy will be revised to provide advance notice of the items collected and their purpose.

2. Items of Personal Information Processed

When a user visits the website, the following information is automatically generated and collected.

The Company does not collect sensitive information concerning beliefs, political opinions, health, sexual life, or similar matters, nor does it collect personal information of children under the age of 14. This service is not directed at children under the age of 14.

3. Period of Processing and Retention of Personal Information

The Company retains automatically collected information in accordance with the data retention period of its analytics tool (Google Analytics), and destroys such information without delay upon expiration of that period. Where retention is required under applicable laws, the information is retained for the period prescribed by such laws.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company processes personal information of data subjects only within the scope specified in Article 1, and provides personal information to third parties only where it falls under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as with the consent of the data subject or under special provisions of law. Otherwise, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties.

5. Entrustment of Processing and Overseas Transfer of Personal Information

For the smooth analysis of its service, the Company entrusts the processing of personal information as follows, and in this process personal information is transferred overseas.

Time and method of transfer: transmitted over the network upon website visit. The data subject may refuse this entrustment and overseas transfer of personal information; the method of refusal follows the cookie-blocking method set out in Article 7.

6. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Their Legal Representatives, and Methods of Exercise

Data subjects may exercise the following rights regarding the protection of their personal information against the Company at any time.

These rights may be exercised in writing, by email, or by other means, and the Company will act upon such requests without delay. Rights may be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent of the data subject.

7. Operation of Cookies and How to Refuse Them

The Company uses cookies that store and retrieve usage information in order to provide customized service analysis.

In addition, data collection by Google Analytics may be refused through the opt-out browser add-on provided by Google (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Refusing cookies may cause difficulty in using some features, but this service can be used normally without cookies.

The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as set out below, who takes overall responsibility for personal information processing and handles complaints and remedies from data subjects in connection with such processing.

Data subjects may direct any inquiries, complaints, or requests for remedy concerning personal information protection arising from their use of the service to the Personal Information Protection Officer.

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies from June 19, 2026. In the event of any addition, deletion, or correction of the contents in accordance with laws or policy, the Company will provide notice through announcements from seven days prior to the effective date of such changes.
