Terms of Service

These Terms are effective as of June 19, 2026.

This is an English translation provided for the convenience of users. In the event of any discrepancy between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version shall prevail.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Growthient ("the Company") and users, as well as other necessary matters, in connection with the use of the website operated by the Company ("the Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows.

  1. "Service" means the AI tool curation website and related information service provided by the Company.
  2. "User" means any person who uses the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "Content" means all information provided by the Company through the Service, including tool descriptions, evaluation metrics, comparison information, text, and images.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to users.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope not in violation of applicable laws when reasonable grounds arise.
  3. In the event of any amendment, the Company will announce the changes on the Service screen from seven days prior to the effective date.
  4. If a user does not agree to the application of the amended Terms, the user may discontinue use of the Service.

Article 4 (Provision of the Service)

  1. The Company provides the following services.
    • Provision of descriptions, evaluation metrics, comparisons, and curation information regarding AI tools
    • Other information services determined by the Company
  2. The Company may change or suspend the content of the Service, in which case it will provide prior notice. However, where there are unavoidable reasons, notice may be given afterward.
  3. The Service is intended for the provision of information and may be used by anyone without separate membership registration.

Article 5 (Nature of Content and Disclaimer)

  1. The Content provided by the Company is intended for the provision of information based on publicly available data and sources, and does not constitute a recommendation or guarantee of the use of any particular tool.
  2. The Company makes efforts to maintain the accuracy and timeliness of the Content; however, information may differ from actual facts due to changes in data provided by third parties or changes in external sources.
  3. Responsibility for any decisions made by a user in reliance on the Content of the Service, and the consequences thereof, rests with the user, and the Company shall not be liable therefor to the extent permitted by law.
  4. The Company does not guarantee the content, quality, or safety of external links or third-party tools posted on the Service.

Article 6 (Obligations of Users)

Users shall not engage in the following acts.

  1. Acts that interfere with the normal operation of the Service
  2. Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
  3. Acts that cause excessive load on the Service by automated means
  4. Acts prohibited by applicable laws and these Terms

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Content included in the Service belong to the Company. However, rights in data provided by third parties and cited sources belong to the respective rights holders.
  2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or process the Content for commercial purposes without the prior consent of the Company. However, citations with attribution and other uses permitted by applicable laws are excepted.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any disruption to the use of the Service caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or reasons attributable to the user.
  2. The Company shall not be liable in connection with the use of the Service provided free of charge, unless otherwise specifically provided by applicable laws.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Any dispute arising between the Company and a user in connection with the use of the Service shall be subject to the court determined in accordance with the procedures prescribed by applicable laws.
